What's It About?

It's the first snowfall of the season, and that can only mean one thing...Frosty, the magical snowman, is putting on his top hat for another year! How does he come to life exactly? We don't know, but what we do know is that once he appears, we are in for some festive fun, with singing, dancing, and games all around the square! But watch out for the heat's previous owner, as when he appears in the square, temperatures may just reach the melting point...
